Tour Israel with Jennifer . . .
and see the Bible come alive!

Our trip was from March 28 to April 6, 2011

There were 14 people in our group, and it was an amazing trip!  We walked where Jesus walked... we took a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee... we explored the ruins of the first-century Temple Mount in Jerusalem...

We learned so much about the Biblical sites and the history of the land... we grew deeper in our knowledge and love for the Scriptures... and we have a passion for the country, the culture, and the people. This tour of the Holy Land was life-changing for everyone in the group because it gave the Bible a new dimension... what a joy to be able to visualize the places in Scripture as we read about them!

Here we are, standing on the Mount of Olives with Jerusalem behind us:

Here are some comments from the 2011 pilgrims:

"What wonderful memories I have! I cannot thank you enough for leading us in the paths of Christ. It was an awesome experience for me, and traveling with other Christians was truly a blessing."  ~   Jill "

"God bless you for the wonderful trip -- we saw so much! I would not change one thing about the tour!"  ~  Jane

"All my friends and coworkers have asked about my trip, and all I can say is 'indescribable'! Before we left for Israel, you said that we'll go from reading the Bible in black & white to reading it in technicolor... I cannot thank you enough for helping me to do that!"  ~  Kim

"We love you and will never forget this trip of a lifetime... I still get teary when I share."  ~ Tootie

"I'm so grateful that I was able to experience the Holy Land, especially just prior to Easter. God in His infinite wisdom allowed me to participate in this journey under your direction for a reason -- to bring me closer to understanding what Calvary and unselfish love are all about. I thank God for that insight and the memories every day."  ~  Irm

"I already miss Israel and I long for the day I will return. Traveling there has made my life here simpler. Instead of dwelling on my circumstances, I have wonderful visions of heaven as I anxiously await the arrival of my Bridegroom! Seeing and experiencing the Holy Land made me desire to please God even more."   ~  Brenda

Before we left Newark you said that your hope for this trip was that we could go from reading the bible in “black, white and red” to reading it in “techno-color.”  I cannot thank you enough for helping me to do that!  We visited many Biblical sites, including:

The town of Nazareth, where Jesus grew up... Capernaum, Chorazin, and Bethsaida, the towns where Jesus did many of His miracles.... Mount of Beatitudes, where Jesus gave His Sermon on the Mount... Caesarea Maritime, where Peter ministered and Paul stood on trial... The Mediterranean Sea, the Sea of Galilee, the Jordan River, and the Dead Sea -- 4 famous bodies of water... The Mount of Olives, The Garden of Gethsemane, and many other sites in Jerusalem.  Plus so much more... all in 8 days of touring!

God willing, I'll be leading another tour in 2013... I'll be posting the dates and more details as they become available, so please check back. If you'd like me to notify you by email when the 2013 tour information becomes available, just email me and I'll put you on the list. I hope you'll prayerfully consider joining me next time as we once again explore the Land of the Bible!

Jennifer

PS:  If you're wondering why we didn't visiting Bethlehem, that's certainly a valid question. Since 1995, Bethlehem has been governed by the Palestian National Authority and is no longer part of Israel. It is now part of the West Bank, so security is very tight and entrance to the city requires special arrangements. You can rest assured that we will never take our tour group to any area that may be politically unstable. In spite of what you may see or hear in the media, Israel is an exceptionally safe place to visit!
